Pedro is a Computer engineer with a Master’s degree in Big Data from the Polytechnic University of Valencia. He was working for the Urban Analytics team at BBVA D&A, performing transactional data analysis tasks in order to provide insight into the socio-economic activity of a specific region and helping to set up services with the aid of Big Data and Cloud Computing solutions. He now focuses his work on implementing a valuable communication channel between customers and financial advisors, incorporating AI-based solutions that allow BBVA to gain efficiency and maintain a personalised and unique communication for each customer.
